Privacy policy
Lider Colect SRL (“we”), operator of QAISS, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. We collect as little as possible.
What we process
- Anonymous usage analytics. Privacy-friendly analytics that measure aggregate visits without cookies and without identifying you.
- Messages you send us. If you contact us via the form, email, or phone, we receive the details you provide (e.g. name, email, and your message) so we can reply.
Legal basis
Keeping the site secure and functional rests on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); where you contact us, on taking steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Processors & hosting
The site is hosted and its analytics provided by our hosting provider, acting as our processor under an appropriate agreement. Lider Colect SRL does not sell your data.
Cookies
We set no advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme and first-visit preferences are stored locally in your browser and never leave your device.
Retention
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, then delete it.
